Forms and comments
The contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone number and message. We use these details to reply and discuss your enquiry. Cloudflare processes the submission and delivers messages to our business email in Google Workspace. We keep them as long as needed for your enquiry and our work together. There are no comments or automatic newsletter subscriptions. To prevent abuse, we check submission frequency using the IP address.
Map
The contact page has a Google Maps map. It loads automatically as you approach the map while browsing the page. From that moment Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.

The Hydro Electrica Irrigation app
The app and the app.hydro-electrica.com platform work with a username and password and show data from the irrigation devices, which is stored in the cloud of the service. For questions about the data of your account, write to info@hydro-electrica.com.

Where the data goes
The website is hosted on the Cloudflare network. Server logs (IP address, page, time) are kept for security for a limited period and are not combined with other data.
